Karen Sheldon Training is a division of the Karen Sheldon Catering Company and specialises in training unemployed indigenous people in hospitality and connecting them to jobs.

We pride ourselves on our integrity and commitment to providing opportunities to Indigenous Australians.  It is our vision to form a partnership with all hospitality industry stakeholders and promote the employment of our local people who are capable and more than eager to secure ongoing work.

Karen Sheldon Training is also a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) who can assist your business in up-skilling staff and delivering accredited training courses ranging from hospitality Operations to Commercial Cookery.  We have qualified trainers ready to assist your business and we can tailor make a training package to suit your needs.
